Hello families! My name is Frida, and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was just four years old, my favorite toy was a baby doll and stroller, and in a funny way, that early love grew right along with me. Today, I come from a close-knit family and have spent years helping care for my younger cousins, ranging from infants to toddlers. Being surrounded by children has truly shaped who I am. In addition to family experience, I worked for over a year at Anna and Jack’s Day Care, where I cared for infants, toddlers, and pre-K children. During that time, I gained hands-on experience supporting children’s daily routines, encouraging developmental growth, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I learned how important patience, communication, and consistency are when working with young children. I am Read more currently a college student and also work as a waitress and barista, which has helped me build strong responsibility, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Thankfully, I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to childcare. I truly enjoy working with children, and I see it not just as a job, but as something I am genuinely passionate about.
