I have worked with children for 10+ years and have been a Special Education teacher for 8 years now. I primarily teach specialized academic instruction to children with special needs at an inclusion private school. At my school, I also provide instruction and support typically developing students and special needs students simultaneously through differentiation. I have a diverse background that has prepared me to work with a breadth of populations. I have extensive experience in individualizing education to meet my students' needs. In addition to academic instruction, I have experience working with students that requires specific behavioral interventions that allow them to access learning. Specifically, positive behavior support strategies that encourage students on-task behavior, engagement with lessons, self-regulation, etc. My rate varies depending on services provided. I am available for babysitting, homeschooling, tutoring, and behavior therapy.
