I met with Kathleen and ensure that she wanted the position before I offered to pay for a background check that cost $75. I asked her if we could meet before hand twice the first time she said she didn’t have availability and on the second time she said that she didn’t think the position was going to work for her. Unreliable. She could’ve reached out to let me know that sooner than me asking. If you need reliable care I wouldn’t hire her.
