I love children and i am a mother to a wonderful 4 year old boy. I have 3 younger sisters and i was always in charge of making sure they were well taken care of like a mother. I realized i wanted to become a caregiver when i started working for the center for discovery as a residential Associate. The center for discovery is a center for individuals with intellectual disabilities. That job has taught me so much patience and the ability to be such a strong individual in hard situations. I was SCIP trained as well as CPR trained when i worked there. I want to get back in the field of taken care of children because it’s where my heart always is.
