Greetings! My name is Katherine (Kat) and I'm originally from New York City, but I study at the University of Denver. I'm majoring in International Studies and Political Science! This entire summer I am based out of NYC and will love to do something fun, keeping my mind off my two other internships! In regards to my childcare experience, I was the Lead Summer Counselor for the LIC- YMCA, I was an aftercare teacher for two years at BMH- Preschool in Denver, and have done a plethora of babysitting in the city of Denver. Working with kids has been influential in my life since I have been able to distract myself from my personal life and created these opportunities into learning experiences!
