Hello, My name is Miley. I am a current graduate of Loyola University Maryland, majoring in Neuroscience and Finance. However, I live in Gates, NY and will be home for the time being! I am able to speak multiple languages ranging from English to Mandarin (Beijing dialect). I have traveled to southeast Asia during a student exchange program and really loved it, I often share my experiences when I get the chance to! My hobbies include reading, learning to play the piano, bike riding, and playing lacrosse. I aspire to be a doctor one day, so I will be studying for my MCAT in my gap year in applying to medical school! I have been babysitting for eight years now. I have babysat my little brothers from newborns to infants, they are now four. Moreover, I have worked at day camps in my local home in Upstate NY including a Read more fitness day camp for inner city children. I have recently been a tutor for middle/high school students for the Bridges Program in Baltimore. I believe it is important for children to have exposure to different styles of learning both visual and auditory while having fun! Incorporating games and strategies to strengthen memory is vital for being successful in school in today' s day and age, and when babysitting I try to incorporate such things if the parents allow me to!
