I have been babysitting ever since I was 16 and have loved every single second of it. After a while I decided to find a more steady income and began working at Camp North Point for the YMCA. I have been CPR, Blood Borne Pathogen, First Aid, Child-Abuse Prevention, and Swimming training. I have worked with children of all age groups and loved every second of it. I would work with roughly eight children at a time, so I am used to large groups! This summer I decided to stop working for the YMCA and begin getting clinical hours to become a Physician's Assistant. I am currently a home health care aide for clients who are developmentally disabled. I love this job because I now understand how to pay very close attention to detail and work with amazing clients. The YMCA showed me how in just a short few months, the children I worked with grew and learned new ways to communicate to other children and counselors. I also love doing house work cleaning, dishes, laundry and would be more than willing to do that! I have three dogs at home and have lived around animals my whole life!
