Hi my name is Samantha Rand and I am looking for a piston as I have moved across country. I live in San Diego , CA in the MIRA Mesa, La Jolla area. I was working for a family Wednesday’s 6am-5:00pm, Thursday’s 6am- 5:00pm, Friday’s from 6am-5:00pm and Saturday’s 7:30am-2pm. When I started the baby girl was 2 weeks old and the son was 3.5 years old. I babysat in their home and my home. I drove the children to and from school playgroups the library parks anywhere.. I am looking to fill my schedule days, nights, and overnights. I am willing to travel up to 15-20 miles and I do drive and own my own car. I am not a daycare but I am a stay at home mom and I do babysit out of my home or in yours. I have a 5 year old girl, and 2 Read more boys 2 and 5 months. I do pick up and drop offs .With that being said I am looking to take on one or two children to watch in my home or yours. I was in the medical field before I was a stay at home mom. I have many certifications including CPR first aid AED lifeguarding babysitting medical assisting and of course many years of childcare. She never showed up for interview and did not follow-up to explain or apologize. We had exchanged text messages on our phones so she had all the ways and means to reach out to me if she had to cancel out on me but she never bothered to call/text and just didn't show up. She should have given me something to let me know that she cannot make it or no longer interested in the job. A no-show and no follow-up is rude and leaves an impression that you are not a reliable person.

We were very interested in hiring her based on her profile we reached out to explain the position she stated i dont like like going through companies or agencies and then hung up the phone she was not courteous or professional at all I questioned her professionalism dealing with families
