Hello! My name is Emily. I am 19 years old and finished my first year of college this past spring. I now plan on taking time off from schooling and working. I love playing piano and violin, reading, spending time outside, and spending time with kids! I have worked as a mother's helper for two separate families over the past summers, one family with three children (ages 5,3, and 1) and the other with two (ages 3 and newborn). I spent some time as an assistant teacher at a daycare (ages 6 weeks through 5 years) when I came back from school but decided I wanted to find something more personal and one-on-one rather than watching over a huge group of children. I have done various random date-night jobs through online babysitting services and am currently an occasional date night sitter/mother's helper for a family with three children (5,3, and Read more newborn). I have worked with practically all ages and am comfortable with special needs children. Pets are no problem. I am CPR certified and know all the basics of first aid.
