My name is Jeffrey but I often go as JT, especially to the kids I work with. I’ve been working with kids and small groups of kids for nearly 20 years predominantly as a trainer, coach, instructor and mentor. I have spent a lot of time developing fun and engaging activities to improve balance and coordination, improve sports skills like speed and agility or challenge self esteem through martial arts, puzzles and goal challenges. My credentials are as a certified personal trainer, sports conditioning specialist, golf and tennis conditioning expert, martial arts and boxing instructor as well as father or two daughters (15&19).
