I started babysitting in seventh grade, and continued in high school, college and afterward. After fifteen years working in professional theatre and for other non-profits, I left my job to grow food and work on the homestead my husband and I share. While working on the homestead is great, I miss the human interaction I enjoyed in my previous jobs, and especially getting down on the ground and playing with children. While I don't have a childcare certification, I have a bachelor's degree in theatre. I have experience transporting kids, helping with homework, meal preparation, supervising kids in a pool, light housekeeping - whatever you need.
