I started working with kids when I was only twelve years old as a "mother's helper", and since then I have gained experience working with children of all different age groups in many different capacities. I grew up in a tight knit community and I was always around children. I spent many of my weekends in high school, and summers in between school years, caring for children in my community as well as in my school district. In my spare time, like to be creative. I'm interested in ceramic art as well as painting. I have taken classes in both. I also enjoy cooking and reading, of which the former is a fairly new hobby.
