Michelle is a responsible 44 year old with over 27 years experience working with children.  She is the first born and at a young age started caring for her younger sister,  younger cousins, and now her sister's small children, as well as as many other neighbors and families over the years.  Michelle is a very active and enthusiastic person with a lot of patience. She's organized, reliable and punctual as well as fun, energetic and responsible. She has developed a foundation for excellent childcare. She loves doing all sorts of activities, likes taking walks with the children, going to parks on nice sunny days and even watching movies and coloring with the kids on raining days.  For the past 6 year she has been working with a special needs child as a home help aid. It has been an amazing experience that has taught her how to engage not only with children Read more with special needs but with all children in a fun, rewarding and encouraging way.  Michelle is a NYS Certified monitor for special needs children as well as a school bus driver for Carmel School District. Michelle also cooks, cleans, watches pets, and is a licensed CDL driver owning a safe, reliable vehicle for transportation.  Michelle has a clean driving record and is reliable and honest. Has had 2 separate background checks done by NYS to be employed by Carmel School District (also had a professional background check done by Sittercity, see background tab on website).
