Amira was absolutely fantastic for three of the five occasions she was contracted to pick up / homework help / after school activity / drive home. She was engaging, prompt, and flexible (when pick up time changed). She was well on her way to five out of five stars. However, in the second to last week, she did not show up to pick up my child. All our frantic calls and texts were met with absolute silence. Even concerned messages via this service went unanswered. She never made it to the last appointment; I hope she is OK. For the times when she showed up 5/5; for the times she did not, which were more heavily weighted 0/5,

She stood me up for two interviews! I gave her a second chance after some lie about an emergency and then she didn't bother to show up again but the second time didn't bother to txt,call or email with another excuse.
