I am an educator since 1991. I have worked babysitting as well in a classroom setting. I am currently a full time preschool teacher. I have a childlike nature and enjoy stepping in puddles. I believe you are never too old too enjoy the things you enjoyed as a child. Laughter, exploration and curiosity does a heart good. I like pets, grew up with cats, a dog , salamander and fish. I don't mind snakes, worms and bugs as long as I don't have to touch them. I love the snow and thunderstorms. I will stick to all routines and may even wash dishes left in the sink. Don't be upset if the ten year old needs five more minutes before bed time because he is trying the babysitter. I have a 19 yr.old daughter who also babysits and enjoys children as well. I am current with CPR, SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome training as required for career. I don't smoke, don't have a car, but do have a valid NYS license. I am seeking evening and weekend jobs for those occasions when you need a night out , school closings or as needed basis. I am available after 4:30 M-F and flexible on Saturdays and Sundays.
