Alex was a subpar Nanny. She interviewed well and had a lot of good ideas but when it was time to deliver, she fell short. I found my children watched a lot of TV most of the time and she needed to be directed on what to do. However, she was on time everyday and always asked if I needed anything before she left for the day.
