I have over 7 years of paid experience in caregiving. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development. I am currently studying to obtain my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with ages 6weeks-17 years old as a former childcare teacher and youth residential aide. I am most passionate about child and adolescent development as a caregiver. My goal as a caregiver is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to be themselves and encourage them to grow and develop. I enjoy going on outings, creating different educational games and art activities, and engaging in creative play to foster a child's imagination. I believe in open communication with parents and am happy to regularly provide updates through any preferred communication method and ensure a structured and consistent environment.
