Hi! My name is Hayley. I currently work at an elementary school. Besides that, I normally watch animals, houses, and children. All can be overnight. I currently work in the Emergency Department (ED) at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, one of the nation’s leading and most highly respected pediatric hospitals and have direct patient care experience that has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, responsibility, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Working in the ED at Cincinnati Children’s has also taught me the importance of patience, as every child and family is experiencing different emotions and situations that require understanding, compassion, and individualized care. This experience has helped me build strong relationships with children and families while creating a supportive and comforting environment during stressful moments. Spending time caring for my younger cousins has also shown me how much I enjoy being around kids and helping create a supportive environment for them. I am also actively working toward obtaining CPR and First Aid certification to continue strengthening my skills and preparedness when caring for children. I am a stay at home mother of a 5 year old boy and a 5 mo old baby girl. I have been working for the past 8 years for the Great Parks of Hamilton County as a Conservation & Parks Technician. I am looking for some part time work while still caring for my babies. My son just started Kindergarten. I drop him off at 8:30 and pick him up at 3:30 every week day. We love to play outside and visit different playgrounds around the area. We have a large backyard with a play set, a sandbox, and a garden to play in. We are members of the Cincinnati Nature Center and frequent the Library.

I am 18 and just graduated highschool. I have been a swim instructor for 3 years, kids between 4 months up to 14 years. This comes with being CPR certified, along with experience with kids with autism and disabilities. I volunteer in my church’s kids club frequently (all ages)! And enjoy taking part in youth camps with kids. I truly enjoy spending time with kids and caring for them, and I will begin studying early education this fall to hopefully become a kindergarten teacher.
