I have tutored students academically since I was 12 years old. At 13 years of age, I began babysitting small children. Later, as a stay-at-home mother, I took up babysitting infants in my home. When my daughter reached pre-school age, I was employed at her pre-school as a teacher's assistant for the infant to 4 year-old classroom. For nine years I was employed part-time as a direct care provider for developmentally disabled and autistic adults and children. Currently, I am employed in a public school setting where I occasionally substitute teach and assist students on a daily basis. I am trained in CPR/First Aid/AED through November 2017. As you can see, I truly enjoy working with children of all ages. A child's safety and wellbeing is of utmost importance to me. Children thrive, are happy and nurtured while in my care.
