I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend Nicole. She was hired as a homework helper and started working with our family and seemed to be a great fit! After a couple of sessions, she disappeared with only a text message to inform me that she was delayed one evening. I never heard from her again. Needless to say this was difficult for my son to comprehend and her disappearance contributed to further difficulty with his grades. Disappointing to say the least.
