I come from a very large family, so taking care of siblings/cousins younger than I am has become almost routine. I started babysitting young, and I believe it's because those around me saw how mature and responsible I am. I've had experience working with infants and toddlers, some who have had disabilities as well. In high school, I was apart of a program that allowed me to work with special needs children and teenagers. Because of that opportunity, I'm currently studying to become an Occupational Therapist at Mount St. Joseph University. I want to work in school settings and help special needs students learn to live a normal life. I also learned CPR when I was younger, but just recently went to another class with a friend of mine.
