I am a well-experienced, optimistic and loving child caregiver! After graduating college, I joined the Peace Corps as an community development volunteer, where I taught English as a second language to grades 4-6 and helped the school create a library. Living and working closely with children has been one of my greatest joys! After the Peace Corps, my passion continued to grow as I worked as the Enrichment Site Coordinator at Oyler School in Lower Price Hill. I created safe, engaging, and fun spaces for children to grow, learn, and feel joyful. I worked closely with community partners and my own staff of 12 to create an enrichment after school program for grades K-6. I coordinated and planned all of the enrichment events and summer programs for 2 years. I strongly believe in the power of education, empathy, and joy. To further harness my own joy, I began my own Read more small business selling my artwork and writing about authenticity. My dream is to one day write and illustrate my own children’s book— which truly stems back to my core passion of guiding children closer to their own truth.
