Hi I'm maria, a 57 yr old wife and mother of 6 children with 4 wonderful grandchildren. My husband pastor's a church and has for the past 12 years. Our oldest is a RN, next is a sergeant in the US Army 3rd is the Assistant Director of a Kinder Care 4th Airmen in US Air Force 5th in her 3rd yr. at Xavier and 6th in his 1st yr at University of Dayton I am blessed. I have worked with children for as long as i can remember, being the oldest of 6 children i started early helping my mother with my younger siblings and on into the neighbor hood i became the weekend sitter for a lot of my neighbors. My parents were Ok with it as long as I kept my grades up. As I got into my late teens and early twenties my husband and I Read more became parents. After a while i went to work outside the home and during this time i would still keep children nieces/nephews as well as neighbors and coworkers children. after 26 yrs of working outside i was laid off. I must say the Lord works in mysterious ways because within 1 1/2 months I found out i was going to be a grandmother. And with that i decided to stay home to care for my granddaughter while my daughter finished school for her RN License within a year my grandson was on his way. Which is what gave birth to the ideal of me opening a daycare in my home i knew my family was not the only ones looking for Quality, Reliable daycare with reasonable pricing I have a State and FBI Background check, I'm CPR Qualified and have also taken childcare & communicable disease class. and can provide references upon request. I provide hot meals and snacks we do fields trips such as the zoo parks movies & more. With me your child will be Safe, Dry, Clean, Feed, Educated and Loved.I have the old school GRANDMA qualities yet young and active enough to keep your child engaged and excited.
