Meet Anaya

Hi! My name is Anaya. But you can call me Yaya. I'm 19 years old. I have a CPR/AED certification and a First Aid certification. I'm guaranteed to keep your kids safe no matter what happens. I want to be a sitter for three reasons. 1: In my town, there are lots of people who bring their kids to work with them. It can be hard keeping an eye on your kid and doing your job at the same time. I've always loved helping people. I want to be the reason these parents have one less thing to worry about. 2: I've got a bubbly personality with lots of energy. But I also when it's time to get serious. So, it'll be easy for me to match your kid's energy and keep them in check at the same time. 3: I love kids. Being homeschooled for most of my life, Read more I didn't get much chance to be around people my own age. So talking to kids, especially younger kids, has always come naturally to me. I don't have any official babysitting experience. But back in high school, at my old church, I would help out the little kids during Sunday school. I did this for two years. I also had a particularly special bond with this one girl. She was 4 years old. Our parents were both a part of the church's dance troupe. So we hung out a lot. We would chat and play games. But I was also responsible for her. I helped her out when she needed to go potty. I would tell her she couldn't play phone games until she finished her breakfast. I would read stories to her and help her remember her manners. It got to a point that while our parents were dancing, only I would be the one to watch her. My mom once said that if no one could find her, she was probably with me. I know it's not much. But in the end, I do have experience with children.
