Hello, My name is Shannise Dillard. I am former graduate from Mayfield High school & currently enrolled into Cuyahoga Community College. Currently, I am majoring in early childhood education while finishing my business degree license. Meanwhile, I’ve been in the daycare system since 2016 where I was a volunteer teacher at my church for summer camp. In addition to working with kids from ages 5-12, I started to fall in love with teaching and leadership. Once the 2019 summer ended, I did not want to end my journey working with the youth so I applied to Le chaperone Rouge (which also so happens to be my former pre-K-4th grade school). In short, I’ve been working at the shaker facility for 10 months now & worked as a Lead Toddler teacher and afternoon infant floater teacher. Due to COVID-19 and unfortunate situations at my job, I am now out of work. Read more I love kids and the meaning of teaching. My parents have been pushing me to continue my degree so I can work with their kids as the grow-up. I refuse to stop my journey and 110% willing to commit to a fun, loving family.
