Very attentive, took initiative to prep food, clean, and organize household. Punctual and great with my child, she quickly established a connection with my daughter and kept her laughing and smiling everyday. Knows the simple ABC's of caring for a toddler. Followed guidelines set for caring for my daughter and came up with a few suggestions of her own which proved useful. Communicated anything that might hinder her from coming in advance. Overall satisfied with her performance.
