I am currently a first year student at The Ohio State University working to earn a doctorate in optometry(OD). I graduated from Miami University in 2022 where I earned a bachelor of arts in biology. I am looking for a meaningful way to spend my summer and I am looking forward to getting back in to child care. I have been babysitting children as young as 3 years old since I was 13. I have babysat for children ages 3-13 in the past, as well as working as an at home caregiver for older adults. I also have a 10 year old brother and 8 year old cousins that I spend a considerable amount of time with. I am CPR certified and have worked in a medical setting for 4 years as a technician. A little bit about me and what I enjoy doing in my free time: I enjoy being active and spending time outside. My hobbies include yoga, weight lifting, walking, hiking, travel, visiting new restaurants, and reading. I am from the Sandusky, Ohio area so I have spent many summers on the lake. I am a strong swimmer and have recently taken an interest in training for (mini) triathlon competitions. I would love an opportunity to work with your family and take care of your children. As a sitter, I value spending quality time with the children and doing activities that allow them to learn about life, socializing, and creativity. I love doing art, playing board games, and spending time outside. I have a clean driving record and a SUV that seats 7.
