Hi there! My name is Bailey, and I have 10 years of experience working with children! In high school and through college I regularly babysat for multiple families with 2-3 kids each, which included school pick up, making snacks, cleaning the house, play-based learning, and overall supervision of multiple children in the household. After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I found my life’s passion in ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2022. Then, I went for my Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and recently received my certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Most of my clinical experience has been focused in early intervention (18 months-6 years) however I do have experience with infants and children up to 10 years of age. I have experience with crisis-level behaviors and I thoroughly enjoy helping young children reach their fullest potential. In addition, for the last 4 years I have Read more served as the head coach for a local swim team, coaching children ages 5-17. I am incredibly passionate about the power of play-based and sensory-integrated learning! I firmly believe in gentle and compassionate care guided by boundaries and clear expectations. I currently work full-time as a clinical BCBA, but I have weekend/holiday availability (spring break, winter break, bank holidays, etc).
