Originally from the North/Mid West region of the U.S., I grew up in Dublin, Ohio. I obtained my bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in April 2014 then went on to obtain a masters degree in Athletic Training at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas in May 2016. Currently, I work as an athletic trainer (sports medicine) in the collegiate setting. During the summer, work slows down and frees up time where I like to look for work to make extra money to pay off student loans. Since I like to stay active and love kids, babysitting is an easy second job for me in the summer time. I have two nephews (ages 9 and 4 years old) who I have helped take care of over the years I have been home from school in past summers. Generally, I have experience in child care with Read more ages ranging from 3-10 years old. In addition, I have experience working with middle school children as an assistant coach for an 8th grade volleyball team. I am Basic-EMT certified (Pennsylvania) and I am CPR-BLS certified. In addition, I am a BOC certified athletic trainer and have held licenses in Texas, and currently in Pennsylvania. I enjoy staying active and being outdoors. I like to read and do crafts. I am comfortable with cooking meals, if needed as well. I would prefer to meet in person before-hand in order to introduce myself so the kids know who I am before starting.
