I do Childcare from my home and I am very safety conscience and understanding of children and their needs. I have 2 1/2 years of schooling for Early Childhood and took classes on Child Development and Psychology. I have always had a deep desire to be around children and I love to watch them learn and grow. I believe in creative play and have a wide assortment of toys from books, blocks, pretend play, puzzles, painting, play dough, crawl through tunnels, tents, learning toys, dolls, cars, crafts, sensory table, etc. Anything to keep kids moving and their minds learning. I have rooms separated for nap time, meals, a toy room for playing and a quiet room for reading, relaxing or on occasion watching kid appropriate movies. We love to listen to silly songs and dance and also have dress up costumes. I love children and it makes me happy to Read more see them happy. I am extremely patient and only use positive words and reinforcement with children. I have been helping other working families with childcare for years. I feel that it is important to have trust and open communication with the parents. I make sure that all children are comfortable and are given individual attention. I have deep compassion for people of all ages and enjoy being with people, especially children. I have four children of my own, one in college, high school, 1st grade and preschool. My kids are very content and love children as well. We are a very close family who loves to serve others. I do have references that I can provide. I have done Childcare since I was 12 years old, children from newborn to teens. I enjoy and appreciate being able to be in children's lives. I currently watch two children ages 3 and 6 years old for a few hours about 3 days a week and I have had them for 3 years, since the little one was 6 weeks old. We have a very close and comfortable relationship. I treat all children as if they were my own and am very fair and honest. I am very reliable, trustworthy and can offer your children the comfort of home with me. I am very flexible "on call" when needed between the hours of 7:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m Monday-Friday. The children I currently have, I have also cared for the mother and her 3 siblings years ago. In addition to watching 2 generations of children I have also cared for our local doctor's children when they were little.
