I am currently an elementary teacher, working my way through grad school. I have been a sitter for over 15 years and have worked in multiple childcare facilities. I was very impressed with Reilly's experience when we chatted by phone. As a teacher, she is very well-equipped to handle multiple children at once (we have 3 kids ranging in age from 7 months to 6 years). On the day of the baybsitting job, she kept in contact with us about how the kids were doing, and took my youngest daughter's teething-related fussiness in stride. She was flexible in staying a little later than planned, even though it was during a snow storm. I'd definitely hire her again!
