I grew up the oldest of 4 siblings, so naturally I helped in raising my younger brothers and sisters. Before I was old enough to work, I knew I wanted to work in a customer service field, and as soon as I turned 16, I did exactly that, and have been doing it ever since. I have only recently decided that I'd like to switch my focus from adults to younger children. While I have no official certifications, I do have two young children of my own who have prepared me for just about any situation that could possibly arise. We're hoping to meet some new friends!
