I am a Columbus native who went to middle school and high school in a columbus suburb. I attended the Ohio State University earning my bachelors in Psychology focusing on child development. My ultimate plan was always to work with young child, particularly in a school setting. After undergrad, I continued my educational journey at Ohio State and received my Masters in Early Childhood Education. Since graduation in 2013, I have been working as a Kindergarten teacher in a local public school. I love every minute working with Kindergarten students because of their honesty, excitement for learning, and fearlessness to try new things. The last two summers I have been planning my wedding, and now weekends and the upcoming summer seem so free! I thrive on keeping busy, so I would love to fill this extra time continuing to work with kids. Before teaching, I have worked for tutoring companies, Read more daycare centers, I have nannied for families from my home town, and I have privately tutored elementary age students. I am looking for families who need help on the occasional week night and weekends during the school year. I am available for that to turn into a daily nanny durning the summer months.
