I am thirty-one years old and live in the Granville, Ohio area. I am currently in nursing school at the Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Before this, I worked as a substitute teacher in the Granville School District. I was a nanny for a seven-month-old girl for three months in 2016. While I was a nanny for this family, I also helped with household errands, chores, light cleaning, and accompanying the family on errands and doctor's visits. My other childcare experience includes helping to raise two younger brothers, and various babysitting jobs from high school and onward. I have also worked with elementary and middle school aged children as a tutor, and as a teacher's assistant in a public school, before I became a substitute teacher. I love spending time with children. I don't have children of my own, so it's always a joy to interact with them! I am comfortable helping with homework, cooking, and watching more than one child. I have pets of my own and love animals, so pets are never a problem. I also have my own reliable transportation. In addition, I am a responsible adult and I put safety first. I treat others with courtesy and kindness, and I will listen to your needs and concerns as a parent when it comes to your child. I am not yet CPR certified, but I will get CPR certified for my nursing school curriculum within the next year.
