I interviewed Kathy first on the phone and she sounded promising. We scheduled a time on a Saturday before she was going out of town on Sunday. I received a text message on the day we were to meet that she took an earlier flight. Which was disappointing, she could have told me sooner. During our interview with her, my husband and I met with her and we kept asking if she needed a certain number of hours/schedule because we needed some flexibility and she was very ambiguous saying she was very flexible and didn't give much detail. I tried to get a hold of her 2x and she said would call me which she didn't. When we did finally talk she told me that she thought she called me but called another potential employer also named Sara or something like that and then she proceeded to ask me all the questions and details that we went over in the interview. Then I called her with a schedule and she still would not come out and tell me whether she was taking the job when I asked her out right. She said she had to go over the hours with her husband. I told her I really needed to know her answer and she said she would call. It took her 24 hours to get back to me with a text saying she wasn't taking the job. Shear utter disappointment because she acted like she was still very interested and just wouldn't give us an answer. We knew she had other interviews but she acted like she was going to take the job and then wouldn't reply to my messages until she texted me she wasn't taking the job. Throughout this process, she displayed that she was unreliable, unorganized, and unprofessional and did not take the whole process seriously. It seemed like she only replied to me when it was convenient to her. She wasted my time by not taking it seriously and being forthright. The only reason I continued inquiring is because I needed someone urgently but now I see she definitely would have been a good fit for my family. I do not recommend this provider.
