Kayla was great with our son when she was here. She had several personal issues that interfered with her reliability though. There were times where we were expecting her and she was scheduled to work but did not show up and did not communicate with us (no call no show). After establishing expectations again, she had additional issues and did not communicate with us for extended period. She texted she "isn't like this" and ensured she would be on time the following day she was scheduled but didn't show up or let us know again causing significant scheduling interruptions with our work. I'd recommend her based on her punctuality and my sons fondness for her when she actually showed up but her lack of communication felt as if the job was not as important to her as it was to us. I'd think twice if you don't have flexibility with your work schedule as you could end up high and dry as we did.
