My name is Madeleine and I am 19 years old. I have been babysitting since I was the age of 12. I am the second oldest of seven children. I have siblings the ages of 11, nine, and four on my father's side and three siblings on my mother's side that are 13 and 15. The two 13 years olds are fraternal twins. I have grown up with the responisbility of watching children. For the last 3 years or so I have watched the three siblings on my father's side all day five days a week during the summers. I was responsible for feeding them, taking them to sports practices and games, baths and bedtime routines. I have experience with taking care of infants as well, since my youngest brother was born when I was 15, I was old enough to help take care of him when my stepmom needed Read more a break. I am currently a Cleveland State Universiy student and am majoring in integrated sciences with a biology focus and a minor in education. I am currently at a junior standing and am expected to graduate May of 2017. When I am finished I will be able to teach 7th-12th grade science. I also have experience with diabetics. My 15 year old brother was diagnosed when he was two Two of my great aunts, and my great uncle all are type 1 diabetics. I am very familiar with the care required for a diabetics and what needs to be done in cases of emergency.
