If weather pushes us indoors, we do board games and crafts, as well as group activities so no one feels left out!

I have 2 nieces and a nephew that I adore. Being around children gives you a fresh perspective that is needed within adult minds. I used to work at a daycare for about a year with kids ranging from month old babies to middle school children. I volunteered for the zoo and helped with the zoo camp. I also was able to teach a couple lessons to second graders. I used to tutor high school students and help them out with their homework. I also used to babysit and value outside time to play.

Hi my name is A’Layah Williams I am 19 years old and plan to go to college for Bachelor Science In Nursing (BSN). My High school nursing program at Washington High school in Massillon gave me experiences, and I am more super committed to patient care. During the clinicals part, I learned and handled how to help residents and help residents with their needs such as ADLS, providing care, and supporting residents. I am certified to stop the bleeding, and also received my certified nursing assistant (CNA) license in the year of 2025 state of Ohio. I also have a certificate of CPR and first aid and earned these certifications in the year of 2024. I am currently a Middle School Writing Teacher for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. I graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s in Middle Grades Education (ELA and Social Studies). I have been a Writing teacher for about 2 years. Before starting this position, I was a Substitute Teacher for about 2 1/2 years, with grades K-5. Growing up, my Grandma ran a daycare. Once I was a teenager, I frequently helped her run her day care. Taking care of infants all the way up to 5 years old. I have such a love and passion for working with children. However, I need to take a step away from the classroom setting for a while, and work in a different environment.

I have always enjoyed working with children of all ages. Ever since I was about 10 years old I’ve babysat for friends and family. When I was in high school I went to vocational school for Early Childhood Education for 2 years and worked in a state licensed preschool, working with infants all the way up to 5 year olds. I planned lessons and taught. Through and after high school I worked at a YMCA in childwatch for a couple hours while parents came to work out or take classes, working with children from infant to 10 year olds. I can do in my home or yours. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I love to be an important and reliable person in a young child’s life :) I do not have a license to drive.

Hi! My name is Lotti, and I’m originally from Germany. I have several years of childcare experience and truly enjoy working with children of all ages. For almost two years, I worked as a live-in au pair caring for twin girls from the time they were just 4 weeks old, as well as their 2½-year-old brother. I worked 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, and was a big part of the children’s daily routines and development. I’m still very close with my au pair family and stay in regular contact with them.
