I like to do educational and value style of interactions as well as a lot of fun outdoor activities as much as the weather allows! If weather pushes us indoors, we do board games and crafts, as well as group activities so no one feels left out!

I have 2 nieces and a nephew that I adore. Being around children gives you a fresh perspective that is needed within adult minds. I used to work at a daycare for about a year with kids ranging from month old babies to middle school children. I volunteered for the zoo and helped with the zoo camp. I also was able to teach a couple lessons to second graders. I used to tutor high school students and help them out with their homework. I also used to babysit and value outside time to play.

I currently work as an assistant 3 year old teacher. I have an 18 month old of my own. I've always been around kids. I'm one of seven and I currently have 14 nieces and nephews. I have an associates degree in early childhood education.

Hi my name is A’Layah Williams I am 19 years old and plan to go to college for Bachelor Science In Nursing (BSN). My High school nursing program at Washington High school in Massillon gave me experiences, and I am more super committed to patient care. During the clinicals part, I learned and handled how to help residents and help residents with their needs such as ADLS, providing care, and supporting residents. I am certified to stop the bleeding, and also received my certified nursing assistant (CNA) license in the year of 2025 state of Ohio. I also have a certificate of CPR and first aid and earned these certifications in the year of 2024. I have babysit for 8 years and love kids, so I am confident and prepared to bring my focus and liveliness to help out parents with there kids and making sure that they are satisfied with their needs.

I am currently a Middle School Writing Teacher for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. I graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s in Middle Grades Education (ELA and Social Studies). I have been a Writing teacher for about 2 years. Before starting this position, I was a Substitute Teacher for about 2 1/2 years, with grades K-5. Growing up, my Grandma ran a daycare. Once I was a teenager, I frequently helped her run her day care. Taking care of infants all the way up to 5 years old. I have such a love and passion for working with children. However, I need to take a step away from the classroom setting for a while, and work in a different environment.

I like spending time with kids, I have experience with helping take care of kids, and being around a lot of them, Cooking, Cleaning, I have CPR certification , BLS certification.

I have always enjoyed working with children of all ages. Ever since I was about 10 years old I’ve babysat for friends and family. When I was in high school I went to vocational school for Early Childhood Education for 2 years and worked in a state licensed preschool, working with infants all the way up to 5 year olds. I planned lessons and taught. Through and after high school I worked at a YMCA in childwatch for a couple hours while parents came to work out or take classes, working with children from infant to 10 year olds. I can do in my home or yours. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I love to be an important and reliable person in a young child’s life :) I do not have a license to drive.

I’m passionate about walking alongside families through the earliest and most formative years—from newborn days all the way into school age. I grew up as one of eight children on a farm, so I’m very comfortable in busy, lively homes, around animals, and with hands-on, hard work. That upbringing taught me flexibility, patience, and how to thrive in the middle of the beautiful chaos that comes with family life. I’m an EMT, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize safety and awareness in any situation.
