Hello, my name is Tiarra, I’m 19 and the oldest of my two siblings. My brother and I have a ten age year gap, so, my interest in watching children started after he was born. I tutored students in grades below me in school, I’ve taken classes to assist and teach the special needs kids at my school and have nannied for my goddaughters for the last three years.
