Hello! I am a third year college student at YSU majoring in music education. I really enjoy hanging out with and nurturing kids, especially 9-13 year olds. I never get bored of their vibrant personalities and hilarious experiences. I have worked at the YMCA summer camp for 2 years now. There, I would spend 8.5 hours every weekday with my group of kids that would range from 15-25 campers a day. We would go on field trips, go swimming, and do a very wide range of activities. The YMCA has many rules and expectations that I have been familiarized with, including safety precautions and policies, how to handle situations between campers, and many medical protocols that have informed me of the dangers to avoid and how to take action when needed.
