Hi! My name is Shailey I prefer to go by Shay. I have been caring for children since I was about 12 years old, babysitting siblings, cousins, nieces & nephews, children of family friends. Over the years this experience has helped me build patience, responsibility and genuine love for working with kids. During my senior year in high school I began earning my Child Development Associate(CDA) and I am continuing to work towards completing my CDA so I can one day become a preschool teacher! Children have always connected with me easily and I truly enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for them. I love helping kids learn and grow by making everyday moments engaging and exciting. My goal is always to ensure children feel safe, supported and happy while in my care!
