Hello, I’m Liz. I first would like to state that I have a baby boy of my own, 3 months! I would like to bring him with me because I need a job and can’t afford to put him in daycare while I work! So if you aren’t comfortable with that then that’s fine. I just wanted to state that. And I would not put him before your kids. My experience ranges from new born to middle schoolers. I use to work at a daycare as an assistant preschool teacher which really helped me learn a lot about kids as well as being a mother. What works best with kids is routine, it helps improve any child’s moods because they know what to expect and there are little to no surprises, and suprises can make kids throw fun little fits.
