am a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with an active BLS (Basic Life Support / Advanced CPR) certification, currently taking a gap year before heading to college on a pre-med track to become a physician. My passion for specialized childcare comes from a deeply personal place. My own 2-year-old daughter is medically complex. At just 7 days old, she had to be revived and life-flighted to a children's hospital, where we lived for two months. She survived strokes and seizures, and navigated an NG tube, dysphagia, and a Cerebral Palsy diagnosis. Through her ongoing rehabilitation journey—including managing her complex medication schedules and working alongside her PT, OT, and ST specialists—I developed a love for caring for children who need extra medical support.
