You tell someone everything about the job. You go and forth answering every question. They say they want the job. You schedule an interview same day at a local cafe. They say its getting late and ask to schedule interview next day. You schedule interview next day and they say perfect. Then 30 minutes before interview as im on my way out the door they cancel interview and say they changed there mind....so i give a neutral 3 star rating. Wish her well and hope she finds what she is looking for!
