Hello! My name is Elora, and I would like to offer you some help. Growing up with a stay-at-home mom, I saw just how much work she put into making sure my siblings, pets, and I were taken care of. Because she was constantly involved in our lives, we were able to have constant personal guidance in our care, studies, and personal lives. However, not everyone has a lifestyle that lines up perfectly with that of their family members and pets. That is what I am here for. I want to help you, not just for money, but for the pleasure of doing something I find meaningful. I have always known that a "desk job" would not satisfy me, because I find the most joy when I am creatively connecting with others (whether people or animals) and making a difference in their lives. I have taken care of children for Read more as long as I can remember, some examples being: Caring for and teaching schoolwork to my two younger siblings, Babysitting, Assistant teaching in a local dance studio, Lead teaching geography in a classroom setting for elementary students in a day camp, Volunteering in childcare for my church, Directing music for a local Vacation Bible School, and Serving as a camp counselor for middle school and high school students. In my free time, I like to cosplay, write stories, and make suicide prevention videos for teenagers on my YouTube channel. I also enjoy cooking, arts and crafts, and superhero movies. I attended college for two years, but left due to health reasons. I have a service dog who helps me manage my health problems, and with his help I can do just about anything you need me too, as long as I can sit down for a calmer activity (e.g., coloring) every so often. My dog needs to come to work with me, but do not worry - he is small (21lbs), extremely well behaved (AKC CGC certified), vaccinated, loves everyone he meets (dog, cat, child, it is all the same to him), of a notoriously friendly breed (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel), and sleeps a lot of the time. His favorite activities are snuggling and fetch. I look forward to meeting you and filling the gap in your schedule!
