Hello, my name is Claire Hoffman and I am currently a Junior at the University of Oklahoma. To share some of my experiences, I have cared for children for a number of years. I have worked as both a part - time and a full-time nanny, caring for a wide range of ages (newborns - 12+ years) and have had a great experience working with all ages. While I have recently taken a break from babysitting/nannying as I have been focusing on my degree, I just recently renewed my CPR training. I am looking for a full time position for the spring 2018 semester as I wait for nursing school to start. I have always been passionate about children and am hoping to pursue a career as a NICU or Pediatric Nurse in the future.

We worked with Claire from February to March of 2018 when my wife was home on Maternity leave with our daughter. Claire helped with watching our daughter, feeding her, and light housework (cleaning & laundry mostly) so my wife could take showers and sleep. By keeping up with some of the housework, Claire also made it possible for my wife to spend time bonding with our infant in February and March as our 13 month old son was home sick from daycare at least 75% of my wife's first month of Maternity leave. It would have been great to have Claire for more days, but her availability was a bit limited (which we absolutely understand and do not begrudge her at all!) She really set the standard for what we will look for in terms of daytime help when our next child is born. We wish her all the best with her academics and future goals!
