Hi there! My name is Elise! I recently graduated from UCO (‘23) with my Bachelor’s in general Education and a minor in psychology. I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Art Therapy in Fall 2025! I am a babysitter, nanny, caregiver, tutor, and teacher. I have been a paid babysitter since I was 13 years old (and even earlier with my siblings). So, I have over 10 years experience in babysitting. Two of those years as a nanny, two years as an elderly/vulnerable adult caregiver, one year as a tutor, and another year as a teacher. I have experience with children of all ages - from infants to adults. I have classroom experience with children ages 14-19 with developmental and learning disabilities. I also have experience with adults with developmental disabilities and elderly care. I was a co-teacher in a SPED classroom for a year, and before that, I Read more was also a math tutor for a year while I was in high school. I have a full-time retail job currently. I am looking for a part-time or full-time babysitting opportunity! My Master’s in Art Therapy program starts next year; I have plenty of time to babysit until then! I am very dog and cat-friendly as well. I have a cat and turtle at home myself, and I was a dog walker for years for my grandma! I have experience with children of all ages, but I do have a preference for children ages 4+. Having multiple children is fine - in fact, multiple children are encouraged as I grew up as the oldest of five children myself. I take a lot of responsibility in group settings, especially when children are involved. Their safety comes first! I am Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certified (until 2025) Mental Health First Aid certified (until 2026), Developmental Disabilities Medication Administration Technician Training certified, and Crisis Prevention Intervention training certified.
