Hello, my name is Riane and I have worked with kids just about my whole life. I grew up watching my siblings and doing tasks like cooking them meals, taking them to and from school, helping them learn, and making sure to pick up after them. My first time working with other kids was in 2021, my senior year of high school. I interned at a school I used to go to while taking a class to become a para-professional. I was a Para for their Kindergarten class. After school I had a job working at the boys and girls club as a peer Leader. I worked with ages 5-15. During that time I experienced working with several special needs children. I had already had some experience because I would often watch my nephews who have high functioning autism. I have always loved working with kids so I was sad Read more to stop when I went away to College. After 2 years of college I left, I decided to use my Para-Certification and teach at a middle school. I was a Para for 6th,7th, and 8th graders. Right now I am looking for a babysitting job where I can work and get back into online school.
