Meet Carrie

I have been teaching classes in a co-op, ages four to teens, over the last five years. The younger classes are all day and the older classes change as scheduled. The majority of the last twenty years I have spent raising and teaching my own four children. I am active with my church youth, teaching classes and as a chaperone for local and travel events. I have been a caregiver for a child with special needs. In my career, I taught in a variety of educational settings including public school, Early Childhood Education centers, and a private specialized care center for children and families affected by HIV. Through my college years, I worked in a youth crisis center and a residential youth treatment center. All of this experience reflects my persistent care for children and families.
